Many Chinese would like to go public to raise the profile of their company and to raise capital for growth. But the local Chinese stock markets: Shanghai, Shenzhen and even Hong Kong, can involve long waits and currying political favor. Ni Haiping is from Access America Investments, a private equity investor who has helped companies go public in the US. Chen Hong has been involved with several investments as well.
